If you receive a call from someone who says they are from Chill IT but you are unsure you can verify the legitimacy by contacting Chill IT on its official contact number 1300 726 679.
What we will do:
We will contact ticket holders directly and will call using their preferred call back number (either Company phone number or mobile).
We will call you from our direct Chill IT Sydney number with Caller ID or a trusted mobile number.
What we will never do:
We will never ask you personal information such as date of birth, birthplace, race or religion.
Technicians will never ask you to provide, or confirm, your bank details, credit card numbers or tax file number.
We will never email you to say you have won a prize.
We will not advertise businesses we manage on our website.
A Technician will not call you without a ticket.
What other precautions do we take?
We do not show our team members on our chillit.com.au website.
We do not list our clients on our website so bad actors cannot directly match your business with Chill IT.

If you receive an email that looks suspicious, please delete it and don’t click on any links or respond to the email.
